The general structure of pressure switches of Mahar Mashal Sabz Engineering Company
Generally, there are designed two wings or sides in the inner structure of diaphragm pressure switches. One of the sides or wings, that is always in contact with the central part of the microswitch blade, is a wing where the result of air or gas fluid forces exists on that part as a force result. Therefore, as the pressure increases, the resulting force and pressure will increase on the cap installed on the diaphragm. The other side is the blade of the microswitch, which is also under pressure from the spiral spring of the volume set.
In other words, in the internal and interactive pressure switch system and in air or gas pressure lines, there is a power exchange between the two pressure sides or wings of the diaphragm switch. Therefore, the microswitch will connect from one contact to the opposite contact in a moment. In this way, the resulting force, the product of the applied gas pressure in the diecast manifold, will overcome the resulting force of “Kai microswitch” and “Kai spiral spring” or this process will continue reversely. It should be noted that if the amount of resultant force caused by the diaphragm and disk set is less than the defined limit, in such situation, the microswitch will be connected from the lower contact side to the upper contact side. As a result, the connection to the circuit (normally close) is also performed correctly. This process is the general function of diaphragm pressure switches of Mahar Mashal Sabz.
